Like any technology-related company, Josstec is continuously evolving to meet its consumers’ needs. What started as a bricks & mortar retail operation fourteen years ago, supplying used and off-lease Apple® devices to a local market, has grown to become a multinational business selling Apple® hardware to countries as far as Albania and Egypt.

Founder and CEO, Louis Hallé’s career has spanned both sales and marketing in the technology space. Still, it is within the last few years that Louis has seen the growing market of ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) intersect perfectly with his experience in buying used computers and recycling them. Louis has also noticed a significant increase in reselling computers to companies and institutions beyond his regular walk-in clientele of small business owners and college students. The opportunity of these expanding markets has led Louis to establish an online presence to extend Josstec’s reach.

The success of Josstec is not only driven by being in the right industry at the right time. The company is exceptionally fortunate to have attracted world-class technicians. Josstec CTO, Kadhim Rubaye has a Masters in Math & Computer Sciences. His expanding team of technicians not only shares his passion for everything Apple®, but they’ve also earned degrees in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science. To obtain Josstec-certification, employees must be a self-proclaimed Mac-head, possess the natural Geekiness that comes with the territory, and have an obsessive desire for providing customer satisfaction.
